We've been with SpectrumVOIP for over 2 years. During their latest update our settings became inadequate and we were not receiving our voicemail. Colton Wooten took the time to investigate the problem, solve the problem with a doable work around, and then explained it to me (even using screen shots to illustrate) so I can continue to manage our account online. He promised we would have the problem fixed today and he kept that promise. Thank you Colton!
